Job Title: Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for business growth
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the value of our products/services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Track and report on sales performance metrics

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
